Bioidentical Hormone Reviews and Testimonials
Doctor Pettle goes out of his way to help us menopausal women. He shows kindness and compassion and really listens to our problems. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be the happy person I am today because there are no other Doctors taking the time to learn about natural hormones. He is a master at what he does. Thank you Doctor Pettle
I am glad there are still physicians such as Dr Pettle, who are interested in providing care that actually addresses the needs of the patient/person.
Dr pettle has a fabulous staff. Dr pettle has been very helpful during my transition of menopause.
Dr. Pettle and his staff are kind and generous of their time. Dr. Pettle’s knowledge base is exceptional. He is non judgemental and cares almost unconditional for his patients. (it’s refreshing). The staff at the front desk are kind and pleasant. I also love the comfy couches in the waiting room; even though I gave a 3 star for punctuality, it must be noted the patient he is attending is getting the best care and that might mean one will wait.
I have been seeing Dr. Pettle for at least 10 years. He has done an extraordinary job with helping me. When I call with concerns, the call is returned within a day, and often Carol, his wife who is a nurse, calls me back. My concerns are heard and attended to right away. I feel 20 years younger with Dr. Pettle’s help. I find him to be extremely compassionate and completely knowledgeable. He was named doctor of the year 2017 for bio-hrt. I count myself quite blessed to have him as my doctor.
This Man – Dr. Pettle was/is WONDERFUL +++ he is patient, thorough – covers everything going on in your life, listens to how you react to medications, & gives plenty of information back to you so you can read up on all of those extras most Doctors don’t have time to go through with you ….. He always gives me extra books or articles to read etc…. He is A WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL & I have to promote him ….
I am grateful to know this doctor. I suffer from Hashimoto’s thyroiditis , fibromyalgia and my hormones where out of sync. The fee to me is well worth the care you receive. I travel two and a half hours to see him.
He is kind and caring and addressed all of my concerns to get me on track. I truly feel 60 percent better and have only been a patient since last fall. I highly recommend this doctor. I never feel rushed out of my appointment and can ask all the questions I need to. Having a compounding pharmacy downstairs that delivers is a real benefit. As far as the fee you get what you pay for and he goes out of the box, unlike traditional doctors. Thank you Dr Pettle ! I will survive menopause.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Pettle and I have nothing but praise and respect for this man. He listened to everything I had to say, really listened. He explained everything that I was feeling and how he was going to be able to help. Since my first visit with him, I am now feeling almost 100% better. His expertise in hormones is top notch. I have recommended him to family and friends.
There’s no one else I’d trust with my health. Dr. Pettle is the best out there.
“When I next saw Dr. W., he gave me a prescription for Lorazepam, and that kept me sane until I FINALLY met with Dr. Pettle whom I found FAR more calming than the drug, Lorazepam. But, finding Dr. Pettle was no easy task.
Allow me to digress.
In late May one of my friends in Toronto e-mailed me about a wonderful book she had read by a Dr. John Lee: ‘What Your Doctor May NOT Tell You About Breast Cancer’. That was my introduction to bio-identical hormones. I then began to read EVERYTHING I could find on the subject while searching for a doctor who knew something/anything about bio-identical hormones.
Finding such a doctor came to seem impossible. I still remain in awe of the fact that I ACTUALLY DID find Dr. Pettle.
It was my friend who had told me about Dr. John Lee, who, quite by accident, heard about Dr. Pettle and gave me his name. (By the way, neither Dr. Pettle nor my friend believes in ‘accidents’.)
En route from Ottawa to Toronto with my husband to an appointment with Dr. Pettle on June 24th, I worried aloud that I was placing altogether too much hope in Dr. Pettle.
On the trip back, I marveled that there had been NO disappointment, only RELIEF! Dr. Pettle immediately impressed me as not only knowledgeable about bio-identical hormones, but also as an intelligent, kind, sensitive, empathetic, caring, person who could, and would, help me.
Reading about bio-identical hormones had convinced me that I needed natural progesterone to promote differentiation in any cancerous cells that might remain in my body after the surgery, and I now believe that since the progesterone cream, which Dr. Pettle prescribed for me on that very first visit, has totally eliminated my previous hot flashes, that the progesterone cream is also very likely slowing the proliferation of any cancerous cells that might remain.
I now find myself crying with gratitude that I found Dr. Pettle, because I truly believe he gave me my life back. His willingness to leave the security of his position as Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Etobicoke General Hospital in Toronto, to establish The Ruth Pettle Wellness Centre, and to pioneer in the field of bio-identical hormones, bespeaks a man committed to an unselfish dedication to help those he can.
I, for one, say ‘Thank you!”
